The ISO top cover is suitable for the attic staircase Type 1 Passiv Plus. If you install the 87 mm thick cover including the all-round seal on your staircase, you can reduce the U-value from 0.33 W/m²K to 0.19 W/m²K. This means that hardly any air, heat or cold can pass through the material and your home is optimally insulated.

This top cover is available in the sizes 110×70, 120×70, 130×70 and 140×70 cm to match the loft ladder Type 1 Passiv Plus. If you do not know the size of your loft ladder, please measure it beforehand to be sure. We would also like to point out that the top cover cannot be installed in combination with the stair extension for metal stairs.

To install the ISO top cover, simply screw it to the hinges on the frame of the loft ladder Type 1 Passiv Plus. The cover can then be opened backwards automatically using the gas pressure damper. Please note that a certain amount of swivel range is required.
